You can return your online order within 7 – 14 days if:
You have proof of purchase.
The item(s) are returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
The item(s) are in original and re-sellable condition, with original packaging.
The item(s) satisfy the below Terms & Conditions and are not Non-Returnable Items.
Best Knives Hub locations can facilitate the return shipment of your order to the warehouse. Once it arrives back to the warehouse your return can be processed.
Any claims for packages marked delivered that are missing must be claimed within 5 days through the Route application or via this link: Claims

– Clear photos of the item
– A detailed description of your return or exchange request
Once you receive approval for return, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
*Returns that are sent back without prior approval will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be shipped in appropriate packaging to ensure the safe delivery. Items received damaged during transit will not be accepted for return. We recommend shipping your return via a traceable method.

Returns for online purchases must be approved by our Returns Department before they are sent back. Returns sent back without approval will be denied.
All returns that were shipped with Free Shipping will incur a $15-$30 shipping charge depending on the location the item was shipped to. This will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be processed back to the same method of payment used to pay for the order.
